Responsibilities include :
Coordinating, developing and implementing an effective activities program and other initiatives designed to meet the social, psycho-social and therapeutic needs of the resident.
To Manage, guide and coach co-workers in the department to meet expected goals and maintain a healthy, productive and warm environment.
To Work with residents to meet their individual goals through the activities and programs implemented.
Applicants should be self-motivated with at-least 2 years experience as Activities Director
