Arts & Science (A&S) is seeking a dedicated Administrator to join the team. The Administrator will supervise business and administrative operations for A&S Space Planning and Management: manage 24+ guest apartments and 100+ post-doc apartments; plan budgets and monitor expenditures to stay within budget; act as administrative liaison with other school and University offices; interpret and apply University policies, practices and procedures to address moderately complex administrative matters.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree and Required Experience: At least 2 years relevant experience and basic knowledge of a specific area (e.g., supervising administrative services/processes, and staff) or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Experience: Experience with space projects/renovation planning Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent organization, interpersonal, and communication skills. Knowledge of standard office software.
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $70,000.00 to USD $80,000.00. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
