This position primarily involves managing day‑to‑day tower operations, ensuring the safe, efficient flow of air traffic at the airport. The role also includes occasional instructional duties, assisting with the training of air traffic control students in a live tower environment. Key Responsibilities Provide air traffic control services in accordance with FAA regulations and local procedures. Maintain situational awareness and ensure safety in all tower operations. Support and mentor students during tower training sessions. Participate in periodic instruction and skills evaluations as needed. Coordinate with airport management and the instructional team to support program success. Qualifications Valid Control Tower Operator (CTO) certificate required. Minimum of 3 years of CTO experience.
