Buzzell Studios is a high-end, boutique home design and fabrication company based in Los Angeles. We are known for creating custom, one-of-a-kind light fixtures and home furnishings that are both works of art and functional pieces of a home. We work with a variety of materials including brass, steel, wood, and glass, and we specialize in crafting unique pendant, overhead, and wall lighting for some of the biggest architects, designers, and contractors in the industry.

We are looking for an Artistic Fabricator to join our team. This isn't just a job—it's an opportunity to become a true artisan. We are on the hunt for a creative with a sharp set of skills in fabrication and a passion for making things with their hands. You'll be part of a team that brings creative visions into tangible objects, working with a wide range of materials from metal and wood to concrete and clay.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in a craft, such as welding, ceramics, woodworking, metalworking, sculpting, or mold making. We're looking for an experienced maker with a strong attention to detail who is ready to play at a very high level. While we're looking for someone with “hands on” experience in multiple trades, we are also willing to train up-and-coming creatives who want to make things with their hands. We are more interested in your potential and passion than your current skill set.

Responsibilities include:

• Learning and mastering our unique fabrication processes for creating custom light fixtures.
• Assisting in the entire crafting process , from initial material preparation to final assembly and finishing.
• Collaborating with the lead designer and with clients on new projects, bringing discussions into tangible objects.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace , ensuring a high standard of quality and safety.
• Contributing creative ideas to projects and the overall studio environment.
