Job Description
Associate Attorney
Zwelling Law, PLLC is looking for an Associate Attorney to help with our high volume of healthcare defense litigation cases. Candidates should have 2-8 years civil litigation experience, preferably in the area of medical malpractice and/or nursing home litigation. Duties will include, drafting pleadings, drafting and assembling responses to written discovery, drafting motions, appearing for court calls, writing opinion letters, taking and defending depositions, analyzing clinical data and managing files from start to finish. The position initially is mentor based until such time as the candidate demonstrates competency to manage files. The candidate will work under the supervision of a senior partner. Salary is $100,000 to $150,000 based on experience.
