Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and technical skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service in a healthcare setting. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to effectively assess and support patients.
While experience with hearing instruments is not mandatory, it's helpful. Training is always ongoing. Hearing instrument work will include cleaning, diagnosing problems, instruction to patients on use, etc. Maintenance of supplies and keeping the lab running smoothly. Ordering hearing instruments for fittings and checking in new stock. Occasional help at the front desk answering phones and scheduling patients.
Must be outgoing and energetic. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare professionals is also a must. Experience of working with patients with memory issues helpful. Excel and Word experience necessary. Ready to bring a commitment to providing high quality patient service while maintaining professionalism at all times. Salary based on experience.
