Responsibilities - Body Shop Manager:

• Hire, train, manage, and direct the work activities of automotive body shop employees
• Write body shop repair estimates to restore vehicle to condition specified by customer
• Manage Direct Repair Programs for all insurance companies
• Purchase parts and other supplies needed for the relevant repairs
• Interact with customers, insurance companies, collision estimators, service advisors, technicians, etc.

Qualifications/Requirements - Body Shop Manager:

• Experience is required
• Knowledge of CCC1 and Reynolds software is a plus!
• Outstanding DRP relationships and CSI required!
• Excellent managerial and communication skills
• Knowledge of new vehicle repair technologies
• ICAR Certification (preferred)
• Solid understanding of estimating process and system
• Proficient computer skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
