\n Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
\n Location: Elgin, IL (onsite 2–3 days per week)

\n About the Role
\n
\nKelly Services is seeking a Bilingual Talent Advisor to join our team supporting a key client in the Schaumburg area. This role will partner directly with our client’s leadership team to manage the full recruiting process for high-volume, fast-paced roles while maintaining exceptional candidate and client satisfaction.
\n

\n Responsibilities
\n• Partner with the client and internal Kelly stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
\n• Manage end-to-end recruiting for hourly and professional positions.
\n• Source, screen, and interview candidates for multiple departments and shifts.
\n• Conduct orientations, onboarding, and employee counseling as needed.
\n• Maintain detailed and accurate data within trackers and spreadsheets.
\n• Support quarterly ramp-up hiring periods (high-volume weeks).
\n• Provide an outstanding candidate and client experience at all times.
\n

\n Qualifications
\n• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
\n• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience; agency experience preferred.
\n• Proficient with Microsoft Office, ATS/CRM systems, and reporting tools.
\n• Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines in a busy environment.
\n• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
\n• Ability to work onsite 2–3 days per week; branch located approximately 25 minutes between Schaumburg and client site.
