Responsibilities The Brand Specialist will provide consulting, planning and execution on behalf of the Division of Brand Strategy and Creative Studios. The Brand Specialist will partner with department leaders in the development of Mayo Clinic’s international brand strategy. He or she will work in conjunction with the international Marketing staff, and their respective intentional regions. Marketing is responsible for the ongoing growth of patient demand within targeted international regions. Duties will include coordinating activities with internal stakeholders, actively working with external partners, and upholding brand standards throughout all international markets. The Brand Specialist must have the ability to work in a complex environment with multi-dimensional points of view, be self-motivated, self-directed and be highly organized. He or she will promote a productive, collegial workplace and be a professional ambassador for Mayo Clinic.

Qualifications The requirements of this position include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, which may include liberal arts, business, communications, marketing, healthcare, or similar field and 3 years professional experience in Brand Management or Marketing Field.Working knowledge and understanding of brand management. Requires strong oral and written communication skills, project management, problem solving, attention to detail, critical thinking and active listening. Must have the proven ability to execute assignments. Must be able to work independently and collaboratively to prioritize and drive forward multiple projects. Must be able to work effectively in a consensus-style and collaborative environment that expects and promotes teamwork. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment. Must possess the ability to inspire trust and confidence, and maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality. Has a positive influence on others. Position requires occasional travel and the flexibility to work weekends and evenings as necessary.

Compensation Detail $78,603.20 - $110,052.80/ year. Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
