Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team! This is a remote position.



Duties:

• Support end-to-end (E2E) omnichannel analytics focused on monitoring and optimizing app and web performance
• Analyze user behavior and engagement across digital platforms, with 99% of analytics centered on web and mobile app data
• Leverage amplitude to access, interpret, and visualize customer data for performance tracking and insight generation
• Collaborate with key stakeholders on the merchandising team to evaluate the effectiveness of product placements, featured modules, and content strategies
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve user experience, conversion rates, and overall digital performance

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, eCommerce, or merchandising
• 3+ years of experience with SQL
• Background in technology or retail industries; QSR experience is not required
• Hands-on experience with digital analytics platforms such as Amplitude or Mixpanel to track customer behavior and engagement within mobile apps and web platforms
• Strong understanding of data and analytics in a digital environment
• Able to write queries for data extraction and analysis
• Experience conducting A/B testing using Amplitude or similar tools
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners including product, marketing, and merchandising teams
• Skilled in generating reports and delivering actionable insights based on data findings

The approximate pay range for this position is between $33.00 and $48.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
