Job Title: Business Coach -Construction Industry

Company: 4 Level Coach

Location: Remote (Canada based)

Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 per year with opportunities for advancement

About the Role

At 4 Level Coach, we help residential builders and remodelers step out of day-to-day chaos and lead stronger businesses. As a Business Coach, you'll use your construction leadership experience to mentor owners, guide strategy, and support financial and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one and group coaching sessions with construction business owners.
• Help clients set goals, implement systems, and track performance.
• Provide accountability and tools to improve profitability and leadership.
• Support owners in becoming confident CEOs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in residential building or remodeling leadership (Owner, VP, Director of Ops, or Project Manager).
• Experience with construction management software (JobTread, Buildertrend, Co-Construct, or similar).
• Strong financial literacy (P&L, cash flow, markup vs. margin).
• Proven ability to build systems and processes.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
