Northeast Delta Dental in Concord, NH is looking to hire a full-time, onsite, Dental Insurance Customer Service Representative to work in our call center. We are a customer service focused organization, and we highly value strong customer service representatives as you have the opportunity to make a difference at the front lines of our organization.

Our Dental Insurance Customer Service Representatives respond to questions from subscribers, producers, groups, and dental offices in a timely and accurate manner regarding Delta Dental products and claims.

The Customer Service Representative position earns a competitive salary at $22.00-$24.00/hour , depending on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

• Researches claims and coordinates information from other departments to respond to customer inquiries.
• Works collaboratively with other internal department personnel to resolve customer inquiries.
• Authorizes adjustments to billing in order to resolve customer service issues.
• Works with dental office personnel to clarify subscriber's coverage level, identify allowable procedures, and resolve billing issues.
• Maintains positive rapport with dental office staff members to ensure a positive image of Northeast Delta Dental.
• Composes and sends written correspondence via mail or email to subscribers and purchasers to answer questions, clarify benefits, or respond to inquiries.

KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES / SKILLS:

• Two years of related experience, or equivalent training, experience, and/or education
• Bilingual skills a plus
• A happy attitude
• We want someone who will be warm and empathetic with customers and will diligently seek accurate answers to their questions

WORK SCHEDULE

The work schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 8:50 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. This is an onsite position located at One Delta Drive in Concord, NH. All candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
