Northeast Delta Dental in Concord, NH is looking to hire a full-time, onsite, Dental Insurance Customer Service Representative to work in our call center. We are a customer service focused organization, and we highly value strong customer service representatives as you have the opportunity to make a difference at the front lines of our organization.
Our Dental Insurance Customer Service Representatives respond to questions from subscribers, producers, groups, and dental offices in a timely and accurate manner regarding Delta Dental products and claims.
The Customer Service Representative position earns a competitive salary at $22.00-$24.00/hour , depending on experience. The work schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 8:50 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. This is an onsite position located at One Delta Drive in Concord, NH. All candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
