Your New Role

  • Lead and develop a team of customer service reps and dispatchers

  • Oversee call handling, technician dispatching, and service scheduling

  • Create and improve call scripts, team procedures, and performance benchmarks

  • Monitor the dispatch board to maximize field team productivity

  • Provide coaching, conflict resolution, and performance feedback

  • Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and field managers to ensure job readiness

  • Analyze team performance reports and implement continuous improvements

  • Serve as the bridge between customers, technicians, and management

  • Location: Houston, TX

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

  • 3–5 years of experience leading a call center or dispatch team, ideally in electrical or skilled trades

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and dispatch/service management software

  • Proven problem-solver under pressure

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

  • ServiceTitan experience is a bonus
