Overview

We're seeking an experienced B2B Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead all marketing operations, define our marketing strategy, and drive our vision forward. As part of our small yet ambitious team, you'll build and direct our marketing efforts towards achieving significant success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Establish and manage the marketing department, shaping its structure and overseeing day-to-day operations.
  • Create and coordinate promotional campaigns and PR initiatives across digital and traditional channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, guiding strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive customer experiences and meet market demands.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, KPIs, and ROI.
  • Implement strategies to achieve lead generation and customer acquisition goals.
  • Set and manage marketing budgets, monitor campaign performance, and optimize strategies for effectiveness.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements, integrating new technologies and techniques as appropriate.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing marketing team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
