About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to serve as a visionary and strategic leader in pediatric healthcare. The CMO will be responsible for driving excellence in hospital and medical staff leadership, advancing system-wide clinical practices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care with operational precision. This key executive position involves overseeing credentialing, managing physician relations and staffing, and directing utilization and case management. The successful candidate will also play a pivotal role in quality assurance efforts, including grievance management and regulatory readiness, and will be a visible and influential presence in the pediatric healthcare community.
The ideal CMO for the company will be an engaging and collaborative physician executive with deep expertise in pediatric healthcare. They should have a proven track record in navigating complex health systems and be adept at balancing local community needs with broader system goals.
