About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer to lead and inspire a team in the delivery of high-quality, patient-focused care. The successful candidate will be an innovative leader, responsible for the administration and coordination of psychiatric and medical services, and will play a key role in strategic planning and the development of clinical and professional services. This role requires a strategic partner who can collaborate with executive and senior leadership teams, as well as a talent developer who can transform clinical leadership into high-performing, collaborative teams. The Chief Medical Officer will also be a data-driven visionary, utilizing technology and data to foster continuous performance improvement, and a collaborative physician executive, ensuring that medical department goals and standards are in line with the best practices for safe, quality patient care. Applicants for the Chief Medical Officer position at the company must have a valid license to practice medicine and surgery in the state of Washington, with certification in General Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. The role demands a candidate with demonstrated medical executive leadership experience, who is adept at supervising and providing clinical and administrative direction to a senior medical leadership team. The Chief Medical Officer will be expected to ensure the compliance of the medical department with all relevant regulations, laws, and policies, and to align clinical practices with the company's mission. Occasional travel between facilities and headquarters is required, and the role is office-based with a significant amount of time spent in the facility for activities such as rounding, case conferences, and the communication of executive leadership policies.
