We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will share our passion for excellence, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and play a key role in supporting the success of our expanding project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and smooth project execution.
  • Lead preconstruction activities, including project setup, budgeting, and organizing preconstruction meetings.
  • Oversee day-to-day construction activities, including scheduling resources, managing material procurement, conducting progress meetings, tracking project finances, and handling project closeouts.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, suppliers, field superintendents, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with field staff to ensure successful project outcomes and adherence to budgets.
  • Assist in monthly AIA billing and subcontractor management.
  • Prepare and distribute small change orders, and work with the estimating team for pricing on larger change orders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree with focus in construction, or relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related construction industry with project management or field experience, with specific expertise in coordinating subcontractors. Experience with water mains, storm and sanitary sewers, roadwork utilities, site excavations, and grading is required.
  • Strong interest in working on both large and small-scale construction projects.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contractual agreements.
  • Strong multitasking ability and the flexibility to shift focus as needed to address urgent project needs.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Takeoff Software, Adobe, Blue beam, etc.
  • Monday.com and HeavyJob a plus
  • Time Management
  • Schedule Management- Crew's, Subcontractor's, Vendors, General Contractors
