Job Responsibilities:
Review and process property damage & total loss claims.
Determines eligibility based on established guidelines.
Prepares accurate case summary reports from collected data and researched results.
Serves as subject matter expert on Auto Claims Program providing technical support to applicants on the policies and procedures used when filing a claim.
Process payments for claims to vendors.
Reviews invoices for accuracy.
Maintains a consistent, high-quality, customer-focused orientation when conducting business and providing services or products to clients, the general public and other external customers.
