What you'll do:
Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive environment for clients.
Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary needs are met.
Maintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping tasks.
Escort clients to appointments, social activities, and errands as needed.
Observe and report changes in clients' physical or emotional condition to the care team.
Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and communicate effectively with team members.
Assist with administrative tasks when caregiver work is light, including scheduling and data entry.
Participate in training and professional development sessions as needed.

Must be able to work with Homewatch CareGivers of Monroe Township - Old Bridge, NJ clients in Sayreville, Old Bridge, Monroe Township and surrounding areas.
Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus but not require
High School Diploma or GED
Successfully Pass a Federal Criminal Background Check and Drug Test
Authorized to work in the United States
NJ Residence
NJ Driver's License
Your own personal vehicle and valid car insurance
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients and families
Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a desire to help others
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficiency in using mobile devices and basic technology for communication
Note: Live-In caregivers are not required to have a driver's license or a car. We can provide transportation directly from your home to your cases.

Top of industry pay - $18 to $22 per hour as a CHHA
