About the Role:

Tivolisworld LLC is seeking a friendly and professional   Concierge   to provide exceptional customer service for residents in our condo and co-op communities. This role is the frontline contact for residents, handling inquiries, coordinating amenities, and enhancing the overall living experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents and visitors warmly and professionally.
  
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and requests via phone, email, or in person.
  
• Coordinate use of community amenities such as fitness centers, event rooms, and parking.
  
• Manage package deliveries and notify residents accordingly.
  
• Maintain security by monitoring entry points and verifying guests.
  
• Provide information about community events, local services, and emergency procedures.
  
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to address resident needs.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming concierge desk area.
  

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience preferred, ideally in residential or hospitality settings.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  
• Basic computer skills for logging requests and managing communications.
  
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends as required.
