Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage the construction of electrical substations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including progress updates and budget forecasts.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in utility or electrical substation projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
