\n Shift: 8 hours between 7am-8pm Monday-Friday

\n What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Professional? You’ll be: \n\n
    \n\t
  • Responding to customer inquiries, and performing research as needed to resolve inquiries.\n\t
  • Reviewing and adjudicating claims and/or appeals.\n\t
  • Identifying incorrectly processed claims and processes adjustments and reprocessing actions according to department guidelines.\n\t
  • Entering claims into the claim system after verification of correct coding of procedures and diagnosis codes.\n

\n This job might be an outstanding fit if you: \n\n

  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.\n\t
  • Have at least 2 years of call center experience OR a bachelor’s degree or higher.\n\t
  • Have 1 years of claims experience\n\t
  • Have good verbal and written communication skills.\n\t
  • Have strong customer service skills.\n\t
  • Have good spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills.\n\t
  • Have basic business math proficiency.\n\t
  • Are able to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.\n
