Internship Program Summary: The 2025 Summer Internship Program is open to current undergraduate students pursuing majors in related fields. The goal of the program is to provide students with hands-on, industry experience while offering the opportunity to make valuable contributions at Team Electra. As a Data Analyst Intern your education will be utilized to make a real-world impact. As part of the Supply Chain Operations group, you will work with the development and roll out of an Enterprise Resource Planning tool, analyze key metrics, build data structures, optimize processes, and more. In this you will: Running and optimizing the Q2 Business Review data report Perform analysis of Key Performance Indicators, metrics, and vendor scorecards Optimization of the NetSuite ERP Automation of common tasks Documentation of work processes Budget tracking and creation of rolling estimates Tracking raw material markets Should-Cost Modeling Development of Statistical Process Control tools Conducting advanced statistical analysis Regression and Correlation Models Hypothesis Testing Null Hypothesis Design of Experiments (DOE) Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) Optimizing general duties such as extracting, transforming, loading, analyzing, visualizing, reporting, auditing, and validating data Building demand, supply, and resource forecasting tools Qualifications: Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Business Management, or similar field Power BI, Minitab, or JMP experience Ability to work onsite in the office Preferred Qualifications: Safety-first mindset: share potential risks with others before they result in hazardous outcomes Experience or the desire to be in a dynamic startup environment Critical thinking mindset and focus on finding answers What is in it for you: Hands-on experience in an industry environment Opportunity to work on novel technologies Opportunity to collaborate with other teams Compensation : The pay rate for this position is $29.00 per hour for undergraduate students.
