We currently have a vacancy for a Data Analyst at the United States Attorney's Office. In this role, you will support the mission of the US Attorney's Office Victim Witness Program. If you seek a meaningful, mission-driven career, join FSA! Responsibilities Communicate with witnesses regarding case status, trial dates, travel arrangements, and appearances. Schedule and confirm witness appearances for trials, hearings, and interviews. Coordinate travel and lodging for witnesses in accordance with federal regulations. Prepare and process vouchers and reimbursement documentation for witnesses. Assist with courtroom logistics, including escorting witnesses. Perform administrative tasks such as calendar management, filing, data entry, and document preparation related to witness coordination. Manage and organize case files. Review data for completeness and proper execution. Extract data from databases and obtain additional information from investigative agencies. Establish and maintain physical and digital files. Prepare notices, advertisements, and manage petitions and claims. Reconcile inconsistencies and prepare declarations. Gather and organize investigative packages. Verify files and case tracking systems. Maintain internal status on forfeited assets. Ensure data accuracy and perform analytical computations. Conduct and reconcile statements, distribute and receive documents. Assist lead analysts in obtaining documents and information. Provide case-related administrative support to other agencies and DOJ units. Extract data for reports, perform word processing, and data entry. Contact witnesses and victims to obtain information. Maintain accurate files on witnesses and victims. Support court appearances for witnesses and victims as needed. Coordinate witness travel services with the travel agency. Provide in-court support to witnesses during hearings and trials. Obtain information from witnesses for travel reimbursement paperwork. Requirements A Data Analyst must meet the following qualifications: High School diploma; bachelor's degree preferred. Ability to review and analyze data from multiple sources. Ability to establish case/project files. Proficiency in data entry and retrieval from databases. Ability to prepare management reports and manipulate spreadsheets. Proficiency in word processing and document formatting. This position requires U.S. Citizenship and a minimum background investigation of 7 or 10 years. #J-18808-Ljbffr
