About the Role
The Company is seeking a Dean of Nursing to serve as a regional academic leader with a focus on the oversight and success of multiple nursing programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the programs are in line with institutional goals, regulatory standards, and student-centered outcomes. This role involves driving performance through data-informed decision-making, particularly in key areas such as student satisfaction, graduation, and employment outcomes. The Dean of Nursing will also be tasked with creating and executing strategic plans, maintaining program benchmarks, and providing guidance in the recruitment and onboarding of qualified faculty and staff. Applicants for the Dean of Nursing position at the company must meet NEC/BRN requirements and hold a master’s or higher degree from an accredited institution with coursework in nursing, education, or administration. The role requires a minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, 2 years of teaching in nursing programs, and 1 year of direct patient care as a registered nurse. The ideal candidate will have a current California RN license, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to motivate and engage faculty and staff. Experience with technology in education, including LMS systems, and a background in online or blended teaching, is highly desirable.
