Join to apply for the DEPOT MANAGER role at Mini Melts USA Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr Job Description As a Mini Melts Depot Manager, you will oversee facilities, product, fleet, employees, equipment, customer service requests, and overall day‑to‑day operations. You will build and guide a united team, ensure all policies and procedures are followed, and lead for the common good of Mini Melts of America, Inc. Job Duties Establish and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Manage and build a united team of delivery drivers. Oversee route driver delivery of products and preventive maintenance of equipment. Maintain accurate records of invoices, purchase orders, and all necessary documentation. Develop a deep understanding of products, equipment, and company policies. Plan, distribute, monitor, and follow up on daily route assignments. Coordinate, schedule, and deliver equipment, ensuring it is functional. Communicate and follow up on sales opportunities, problems, repairs, freezer swaps, and safety issues. Order, maintain, and monitor product inventories. Monitor and follow up with fleet maintenance. Teach and manage employees to follow all guidelines and company policies. Manage the end‑of‑day check‑in process, capturing and communicating key service, safety, and daily operations data. Travel to and from Mini Melts satellite offices to ensure day‑to‑day operations are fulfilled. Job Requirements Associate’s degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent work experience with 5+ years of operational or fleet management. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Valid driver’s license with a clean 2‑year driving record. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to pass a criminal background check. Understanding of OSHA and DOT regulations.
