Job Opportunity Hello! We are looking to hire someone to help us grow our business through digital advertising on the following platforms:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- Google (display and search)
- YouTube
This job is primarily remote, although physical visits to local Disc Replay and Plato's Closet locations will be necessary to create ad content.
Company Overview We are part of two leading retail companies: Plato's Closet and Disc Replay. Both are retail stores that buy and sell secondhand merchandise from customers. Plato's Closet buys and sells clothing and accessories for teens and young adults. Disc Replay buys and sells video games, movies, and electronics.
Position Overview As a Digital Advertising Manager, your primary focus would be creating and managing text, static, and video ad content that results in more customers visiting our retail locations.
Responsibilities Responsibilities include (and of course, aren't limited to):
- Create original text, photo, and video content for advertising across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube.
- This includes physically visiting a local Disc Replay and Plato's Closet location for content creation.
- Create and manage digital ads on various platforms, ensuring optimal performance and ROI. Platforms include:
- Facebook & Instagram (using Meta)
- Google (display and search)
- YouTube
- Oversee and direct Social Media Managers at each physical retail location, providing guidance and support to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Social Media Managers at each location are responsible for posting on that location's social media accounts
- Collaborate with ownership to develop social media content calendars aligned with store needs and upcoming events.

Requirements: - Proven experience in digital advertising with a focus on Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Experience with Google and YouTube are a bonus, but not required.
- Proficiency in creating engaging text, photo, and video ad content.
