Job Description

Our client is seeking Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to join their team. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be part of the production department and assist in the assembly of medical devices. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, self-motivated, and the ability to as a team which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler
Location: Peabody, MA (facility is relocating to Salem, NH soon)
Pay Range: $21 - $24/hour based on experience
Schedule: Flexible start time (6AM-7AM) with every other Friday off! 
Enjoy a long weekend every other week with our 9/80 compressed work schedule!

• Open Positions: Electro-Mechanical Assembler, Stockroom, Material Handler and Shipping / Receiving

• Assemble and disassemble top-level and sub-level components using method sheets, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Use hand and power tools to build high-voltage power supplies, RF modules, and other medical devices.
• Read and follow engineering drawing and updates.
• Work with technicians to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Keep work area clean and follow safety guidelines (OSHA, FDA, CDC).

What's Needed?

• 2+ years of electromechanical assembly experience (preferred)
• Comfortable working with pneumatic systems, including installation and troubleshooting of compression fittings. 
• Attention to detail, the ability to build to bill of materials or assembly drawings, and proficiency in using hand and power tools are essential.
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
