Daily Adventures:

• Collaborate with Tool Design and Setup gurus to craft precise G Code programs — your responsibility is pivotal.
• Dive deep into 2D and 3D milled tooling adventures, expertly navigating complex setups and sharing set-up parameters.
• Stay in step with our R&D Shop Manager, ensuring seamless workflow through milling systems to keep us on track.
• Converse fluently with Mazak-based controls and grasp the intricacies of 4th axis set-ups when needed.

What We Love:

• High School diploma holder buzzing with passion for machining or computer science.
• A biomechanical master with 5 years in CNC milling, reveling in 3D mold machining.
• Off-line programming experience using tech marvels like DelCam Power Mill or Surf Cam preferred.
• 3D mold machining spirits, with a soft spot for thermoform tools.
• Virtuoso in PC-based CAM programs for three-dimensional artistry.
• Bonus points for proficiency in Delcam Powermill or MasterCam, and a flair for design tools like Solid Works or AutoCAD.
