Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a healthcare leader in assisted living, long-term care, or related field Working knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations Strong background in setting performance expectations, coaching, and providing feedback, nurturing positive team and company culture, managing change, delegating effectively, and resolving conflicts, among other responsibilities Dedication to working with seniors with memory impairment in a culturally diverse workforce State-specific licensure strongly preferred This role requires a valid driver’s license and a good driving record as a condition of employment. Associates must comply with all state and federal driving regulations Associates in roles requiring driving are responsible for maintaining a valid and active driver’s license.
