Operate farm machinery such as tractors, sprayers, spreaders, and other equipment to apply fertilizer products.
Ensure accurate application rates and proper coverage of fertilizer products.
Calibrate equipment routinely to maintain precision and efficiency.
Perform pre-operation and post-operation inspections on application equipment.
Maintain and clean equipment, ensuring all components function properly.
Assist in minor equipment repairs and report major issues to supervisor.
Assist with mixing and loading chemicals, while following safety protocols.
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow company safety policies.
Maintain accurate application logs, including product usage, weather conditions, and field data.
Able to work overtime and weekends through busy seasons.
Must possess valid driver's license.
Must be willing to obtain a Class A CDL (with our assistance).
Must be willing to obtain a Pesticide Applicator's license (with our assistance).
Must be willing to obtain appropriate endorsements.
Must be willing to submit to a DOT drug test.
