Flight Paramedic

Role Overview: Provide advanced life support and critical care transport in pre-hospital and interfacility settings. Collaborate with a high-performing flight team to stabilize and transport critically ill or injured patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and perform emergency interventions
• Deliver high-quality care across all age groups
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in training and equipment readiness
• Collaborate with dispatch, healthcare teams, and leadership
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications:

• Valid California Paramedic certification (or ability to obtain)
• 3–5 years of experience in EMS or 911 response
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, PHTLS/ITLS (NRP preferred)
• FP-C certification or willingness to obtain within 24 months
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and meet physical readiness standards
• Must maintain a weight of 235 lbs. or less

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field
• Prior flight or critical care transport experience
• Instructor-level certifications (ACLS, PALS, BLS)

Pay Details: $63,621.00 to $89,443.00 per year
