Join our team as Handyman and play a critical role in the foundation and growth of our newest Handyman-centered brand. The ideal candidate is an experienced handyman who prides themself on their work and providing an amazing experience to their clients.
What You'll Be Working On: - Perform a variety of home repair and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance.
- Repair or replace damaged windows, doors, and locks
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in residential properties, providing effective and efficient solutions.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure homes are in optimal condition.
- Respond and provide estimates promptly for service requests and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide professional recommendations, and offer a world-class customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
What You'll Bring With You: - 2+ years experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
- High level of commitment to providing outstanding customer service, with excellent communication skills.
- Skilled in a wide range of home repair and maintenance tasks.
- Understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to perform various manual labor tasks, some may be outdoors.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation: - $55,000-$100,000 annually (Base + Commission)
Work Location: - Your territory in and around the Austin, Texas area.
- Must be local or able to relocate prior to starting.
