About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Performance and Digital Marketing to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of the brand through a deep focus on demand creation in both paid media and customer relationship management. This role demands an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, a growth-oriented attitude, and a proven track record in operational to leading-edge experience in demand creation using paid media, particularly within DTC eCommerce. The Head of Performance and Digital Marketing will be expected to lead all customer retention tactics, set and monitor key performance indicators, and work closely with the technology, brand, and commercial teams to deliver on the company's objectives. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in CRM, RFM foundation, and a working knowledge of e-commerce platforms. The role requires a strategic thinker who is both creative and analytical, with the ability to anticipate and respond to changing consumer needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, be adept at using various marketing and e-commerce tools, and have a customer-focused approach. Responsibilities also include hiring, leading, and coaching a team, as well as positively influencing internal and external stakeholders.
