We are seeking an experienced Inventory Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will monitor and report on the companys inventory. Your goal is to optimize inventory handling procedures in order to support critical business goals. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and business skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep precise records.

Responsibilities

• Create inventory optimization procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages
• Conduct physical inventory counts
• Use existing data to forecast future demand
• Develop relationships with outside vendors and suppliers
• Use computer software to monitor inventory levels and demand
• Coordinate with Internal Teams
• Logs serial numbers and records fixed assets (like HVACs, appliances) into systems like AppFolio
• Helps with warranty tracking and capital depreciation records

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business administration, logistics, or related field
• Strong understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Ability to accurately report on inventory
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to Travel 25% of the time
