Description We are seeking a forward-thinking IT Director to lead our technology strategy—especially in automation and AI—and help shape the future of our digital transformation. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic IT roadmap aligned with business goals. Identify and implement emerging technologies, with a focus on automation and AI. Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, cloud environments, and cybersecurity. Lead enterprise data strategy, governance, and analytics initiatives. Manage IT budgets, assets, and vendor relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to identify tech-driven solutions and manage project rollouts. Build and mentor a high-performing IT team. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and cybersecurity standards. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience (construction industry preferred). Proven success in aligning IT strategy with business operations. Strong background in infrastructure, systems architecture, and enterprise support. Experience leading automation and AI initiatives. Expertise in data governance, analytics, and compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
