We’re looking for a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team, providing technical assistance for a wide range of devices, software, and enterprise systems. You’ll troubleshoot and repair hardware, support end users and resolve issues over the phone and in person.

Requirements:
-3+ years repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktop computers/technology (or equivalent education & experience)
-Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
-Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
-Knowledge of enterprise software (Gmail, Zoom, Office Suite, web browsers, Windows 7–10, OSX, Android, iOS)
-Basic networking knowledge (IPv4, DNS, VPNs, LAN/WAN, etc.)
