Job Description
GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR A JANITORIAL TECHNICIAN FOR A WATERFRONT CONDO SINGER ISLAND AREA!
The person filling this position owns responsibility for the cleanliness of the property and common areas assigned. He/she performs routine daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual cleaning tasks for the buildings and/or common areas assigned.
Responsibilities:
· Timely completion of the following inside cleaning tasks: Vacuuming, mopping, cleaning and dusting all inside areas such as lobby, foyer/entrance-way, hallways, stairways, elevators, bathrooms, social room, library and gym to include windows/mirror and light fixtures.
· Timely completion of the following outside cleaning tasks: pool area/bathrooms and club/grill area, clean catwalks with scrubber, move dumpsters to street
· Notices and addresses any areas that need attention.
· Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment
Salary is up to $20 DOE.
Full-Time Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm
