Youll work directly with senior leadership and the founding partner to lead high-end design projects, mentor team members, and contribute to the continued growth of a 10X-minded studio.

*What Youll Do:*

* Lead design and coordination on residential, commercial, and master planning projects.
* Collaborate directly with the founding partner and project leadership team.
* Oversee project execution from concept to completion, ensuring quality and consistency.
* Manage client relationships, presentations, and design reviews.
* Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative team culture.
* Contribute to business development and firm-wide growth initiatives.

* Licensed Landscape Architect Charleston SC (required).
* 10+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture.
* Proven design and leadership experience across multiple project types.
* Excellent communication, management, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
