Position Title: Registered Nurse – ICU

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI (Onsite)

Schedule: Day Shift - 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM - 3 days per week (36 guaranteed hours)

Night Shift - 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM - 3 days per week (36 guaranteed hours)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic care team in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The selected candidate will provide critical care nursing services for patients with life-threatening conditions, ensuring excellence in monitoring, interventions, and recovery planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care in the ICU, including continuous monitoring, assessment, and treatment.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, utilizing clinical judgment to initiate appropriate interventions.
  • Administer medications and therapies per physician orders and nursing protocols.
  • Document all patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Participate in patient rounds, care planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Recent ICU nursing experience.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Medical Record Keeping.
  • Nice to have knowledge in ACLS, Infection Control, Medication Administration, Patient Care Planning, Patient Assessment, Critical Care Nursing, Emergency Response, Life Support Systems Operation and Telemetry Monitoring
