  • Shift Differentials:  
    • Evenings: +$3.00/hr
    • Nights: +$1.00/hr

    • Weekend Evenings: +$4.00/hr
    • Weekend Nights: +$4.00/hr
• Schedule:  We have full-time and part-time positions available across all shifts, including rotating weekends and holidays.

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality care to residents
• Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
• Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning
• Implement and evaluate care interventions
• Collaborate with residents, families, and staff in developing individualized care plans

What You’ll Need:

• Active NE LPN license
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Long-term care experience preferred – New grads welcome!
• Strong critical thinking, time management, and multitasking skills
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
