Machinist

\n Pay: $17.50–$24/hr (based on experience) 
\n Location: Rochester, NY
\n Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 8 hour shifts and 4x10 hour shifts
\n Employment Type: Full-time | Temp-to-Hire

\nJoin a growing precision manufacturing team as a Machinist ! This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with basic machining skills who are ready to grow into a long-term career. Setup experience is a plus but not required we provide hands-on training for motivated candidates.

\n What You’ll Be Doing: \n

\n\t
• Operate CNC machines to produce high-precision components\n\t
• Follow detailed job instructions, blueprints, and safety protocols\n\t
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges for quality\n\t
• Learn setup and operation procedures from experienced machinists\n\t
• Cross-train on additional operations to support the team\n\t
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace\n

\n What You Bring: \n\n

\n\t
• Basic machining experience (CNC preferred, not required)\n\t
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail\n\t
• Willingness to learn setup, measurement, and inspection processes\n\t
• Reliable attendance and ability to work 10-hour shifts standing\n\t
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed\n
