Job Description

Salary: $93,770 - 179,240 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a quantitative analytics field like Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data and/or Business Analysis, Data Science, or a related discipline;/n- Alternatively, 4 years of relevant experience in statistics, mathematics, or quantitative analytics may substitute for the degree requirement./n- Minimum of 4 years in data/analytics or functional business roles relevant to the industry (P&C, Banking, Finance), or be an advanced degree holder with 2 years in similar experience./n- Demonstrated expertise in mathematical and statistical techniques to facilitate data-driven decision-making./n- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and visualization techniques; familiarity with SQL, SAS, BI tools, or similar software./n- Ability to connect external insights to business challenges.

• Utilize intermediate to advanced analytical and technical skills in discussions with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and influence strategies./n- Implement sophisticated analytical methods to address medium to large scale business issues affecting current or future strategies./n- Employ innovative quantitative approaches to formulate recommendations that drive meaningful change in line with business objectives./n- Convert analytical insights into clear communication materials for peer and management review./n- Use visualization techniques to clarify analysis for non-technical audiences./n- Identify and collect high-quality data necessary for comprehensive analysis and strategic recommendations./n- Integrate and refine disparate data sources while applying appropriate data hygiene techniques./n- Document methodology and assumptions thoroughly to aid peer review processes and ensure compliance./n- Stay updated on emerging technologies that enhance analytical methodologies./n- Present findings in a way that influences stakeholders and supports strategic decisions./n- Assess and manage risks associated with business operations in accordance with compliance policies.
