Role Overview: NetSuite Project Manager

The chosen candidate will be responsible for overseeing full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects, ensuring they meet our clients' expectations and are completed on time and within budget. This role requires a combination of strong project management skills ideally paired with a foundationalunderstanding of NetSuite functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple NetSuite ERP implementation projects simultaneously, from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction while meeting scope, timeline and budget expectations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, detailing timelines, milestones, resources, dependencies and deliverables.
• Monitor project execution, tracking deliverables, milestone and budget performance using internal project management tools.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, escalating critical issues as needed.
• Ensure governance and compliance, maintaining project status reports and documentation in collaboration with the Project Control Officer.
• Manage scope changes and oversee the Change order process.
• Lead client status meetings and ensure clear communication of project progress and expectations.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering with clients to understand and document their business needs and translate them into practical NetSuite solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including consultants, technical specialists, and key client stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.

• Ensure projects are completed to high-quality standards and our client's business processes are optimized post-implementation.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in managing NetSuite ERP system implementations, preferably across various industries.
• Strong project management background with a track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is advantageous.
