A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NIGHT AUDITOR / FRONT DESK ATTENDANT
As a Night Auditor / Front Desk Attendant, you take care of our hotel guests during the graveyard shift. You enthusiastically assist guests as they arrive and during their stay. Hospitality-driven, you ensure they receive world-class service at check-in and upon check-out. If a guest comes to you with a complaint or concern, you're quick to provide resolutions. Always meticulous, you also run the night audit to ensure that our books are in order. You love meeting new people and are a natural night owl, which makes you perfect for this overnight position!
