Role Overview
Youll lead the electrical work on-site for large industrial projects at Tesla from setup to production launch. This includes managing contractors, coordinating with utilities, and ensuring everything runs safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and oversee electrical installations (especially medium voltage systems and substations).
Supervise daily electrical construction activities.
Solve issues to keep the project on schedule.
Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA and electrical codes.
Lead inspections and quality checks.
Manage commissioning and testing of systems (5kV35kV).
Work with vendors to integrate tools and systems.
Monitor material deliveries and ensure key components are available.

Qualifications
10+ years in electrical supervision for industrial projects.
Strong experience with medium voltage systems (5kV35kV).
Familiar with NEC, IEEE, and local electrical codes.
