Job Summary The Practice Manager is responsible for day-to-day management of all practice operations, oversight of the Epic schedule, employee satisfaction, and maintaining the overall reputation of the practice. The Practice Manager must foster a professional work environment with the goal of providing high-quality patient care and exceptional patient experience. The Practice Manager will report to the Sr. Corporate Manager.
Qualifications The Practice Manager must possess strong interpersonal communication, managerial, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. The practice manager must be a skilled user of Epic EHR and Microsoft Office suite.
Job Responsibilities •Oversee all aspects of day-to-day practice operations
•Delegate work, cross-train, and coordinate coverage for front and back-office staff
•Evaluate candidates for hire, conduct interviews, and complete all hiring procedures for practice staff
•Manage timecard approvals and requests
•Conduct bi-annual performance reviews
•Manage the employee disciplinary process
•Manage orders for supplies and equipment
•Manage accounts payable and practice credit card
•Manage team calendar and provider schedules
•Regularly review and update online practice and provider information
•Address practice-level patient concerns and complaints
•Act as liaison between the practice and BASS administrative team
•Respond to all billing inquiries from the BASS billing team
•Follow up on outstanding patient balances
•Ensure positive performance in Value-Based Care programs
•Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations within the practice
•Ensure all practice staff complete mandatory training in a timely manner
•Assist with front and back-office tasks, as needed
•Respond to all provider requests and forward to the Sr. Corporate Manager, as needed.
Expectations •Work setup: In-person, M-F, start when clinic opens

Compensation will be based on experience Pay Scale/Ranges: $21.00-$96.00/hour (and the hourly equivalent for salaried employees).*
