Immediate availability and ability to work U.S. business hours Job Description We are seeking an experienced Payroll Processor to provide immediate support to our U.S. payroll operations following disruption to offshore resources. This role will focus on accurate, timely payroll processing for a large employee population using ADP EV5. Role & Responsibilities Execute end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. employees. Validate employee data: new hires, terminations, transfers, and compensation updates. Review and reconcile payroll inputs from HR, Timekeeping, and Benefits systems. Process off-cycle payments, adjustments, and retroactive corrections. Audit pre- and post-payroll reports to ensure compliance and accuracy. Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Tax teams to resolve payroll discrepancies. Ensure compliance with multi-state, federal, and local tax regulations. Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee data. Skills & Experience Payroll processing experience in a high-volume, multi-state environment. Experience supporting payrolls for 5,000+ employees. Hands-on experience with ADP Enterprise V5 (EV5), Workday or other Enterprise Payroll systems. Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reconciliation formulas). Knowledge of payroll best practices and regulatory requirements. Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision. Exposure to ADP Smart Compliance or tax reconciliation tools.
