📍 Payroll Specialist – US & Canada | SAP SuccessFactors | Humble, TX
Innovex is hiring a Payroll Specialist to own and manage payroll operations across the U.S. and Canada . If you’re detail-driven, compliance-savvy, and experienced with SAP SuccessFactors , we’d love to hear from you. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Humble, TX.
What You’ll Do
✔ Process end-to-end payroll for employees in the U.S. and Canada
✔ Ensure full compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local payroll laws
✔ Reconcile payroll data and support audits with accurate reporting
✔ Act as main point of contact for payroll inquiries (HR, Finance, employees)
✔ Keep up with legislative updates impacting payroll processes
✔ Support payroll process improvements and enhancements in SAP SuccessFactors
What We’re Looking For
🔹 3–5 years of experience running U.S. and Canadian payroll
🔹 Solid knowledge of compliance, taxes, and reporting in both countries
🔹 Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
🔹 Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential info with discretion
🔹 Comfortable working independently and managing multiple deadlines
