  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences, and business travels.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, and take appropriate action.
  • Prepare and review all necessary documentation, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
  • Process and track expenses, reimbursements, and ensure timely payment of bills and invoices.
  • Conduct market research and compile data for decision-making purposes.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Coordinate and plan company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.

Requirements:

  • Highschool degree or Diploma, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize confidential and sensitive information.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial company is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of other languages would be an advantage.
